Our Place: submit an idea
Have you got an idea for a creative project in your community? Want up to £3,000 to make it happen?
Through Our Place, young people aged 13-25 in Hammersmith & Fulham can submit a creative idea for funding to make it a reality! You will present your idea at a Voting Event, where other young people will then vote on which projects will secure that funding. Then, you will then be supported to deliver the creative idea. You could start with an interest you’d like to share, something you’d like to change with the help of your school, or a way of bringing people together.
This is the first of two rounds, so if you don’t have an idea yet, don’t worry, you can apply next time!
Our Place grants are funded from the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Kings Coronation Youth Fund. If you are successful, your grant agreement will be with the Council.
First Round Theme: Belonging
What places are important to you in the London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham? What creative activities would you like to see happening in the public spaces where you live, learn and spend time? How could your local area change to help young people feel a stronger sense of belonging?
We invite you to explore these questions as you develop your idea and prepare your application for Our Place funding.
