Discover what goes on behind the scenes to bring theatre to life. Working with professional theatre-makers, you’ll explore set, costume, lighting and sound design before getting hands-on and creating your own miniature theatre world inside a Theatre Box. No previous theatre or design experience is needed - just bring your imagination!

This event is part of Youth Arts Festival, a week-long series of free events running for 13-25 year olds across Hammersmith and Fulham. You must be aged 13-25 and live or learn in Hammersmith & Fulham to attend.

Turtle Key Arts is an award-winning arts organisation with over 35 years’ experience creating bold, imaginative and inclusive work. We produce theatre, dance and circus, alongside creative projects that bring professional artists together with young people and communities. From large-scale performances to hands-on workshops, our work is all about creating opportunities to get involved, try something new and discover your creativity. We believe the arts should be open to everyone, and our projects are designed to be welcoming, collaborative and fun - whether you’re already passionate about the arts or are experiencing them for the very first time.
