Through this workshop I will debunk myths and misinformation, giving you insight from my side of the table as a talent agent. You will leave the session armed with knowledge from behind the scenes and tangible, actionable tools to help you from where you are now, whatever stage you are in your career, to be able to pave the way to where you wish to be.

This event is part of Youth Arts Festival, a week-long series of free events running for 13-25 year olds across Hammersmith and Fulham. You must be aged 13-25 and live or learn in Hammersmith & Fulham to attend.

Celia discovered her vocation for talent management during lockdown at North Artist Management before moving to Artists Rights Group, where she has been an assistant to both the UK and US offices. In her 6 years working on this side of the table, she has relished in experiencing a broad variety of what it means to work in a theatrical agency: in championing up-and-coming talent, to supporting high profile talent across Stage and Screen.
